Main Responsibilities:

  • Administration, sales support.
  • Delivering of vehicles, so good communication skills is a must.
  • Manage incoming calls and customer enquiries
  • Accounts support, however experience is not necessary
  • Carsales website and all other advertising sites
  • NSW Service dealer work e.g. registration transfers and renewals
  • Manage the general office supplies as well as stationery
  • Booking of vehicles into stock.

The ideal candidate will have to:

  • Have high attention to detail
  • Have strong computer skills
  • Have a willingness to learn
  • Be organized
  • Can drive manual and auto cars with current NSW Drivers Licence
  • Have Microsoft Office, Word and Excel knowledge
  • Have a can do attitude
  • Be friendly, professional and enthusiastic
  • Have excellent customer service / communication skills
  • Be the go to person at the dealership

Our unique, creative and dynamic company in the North West of Sydney is looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our team. We have continually been in business for over 35 years even during Covid. We specialize in Diesel 4 wheel drives, military vehicles, Classic cars, and all between. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for vehicles, not just someone who is interested in the usual wheel alignment and repairs.

Service Coordinator / Spare Parts Interpreter

Pennant Hills Auto Traders is hiring! We’re on the hunt to find a Service Coordinator / Spare Parts Interpreter working in a long established family dealership to fill a full time position Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm!

This exciting opportunity is a permanent full time role. You will be responsible for the supply and sale of spare parts (internal and external) and supporting service department and the workshop.

We are an easy 2 minute walk from the Thornleigh train station if public transport is your transport of choice and have a lovely café on the premises which offers great coffee and food. You will not need to work on weekends or public holidays.

Responsibilities ;

  • Assisting customers, sales staff, workshop/technicians with spare parts determination.
  • General administration and housekeeping of spare parts.
  • Liaise with local and overseas suppliers.
  • Respond to web sales enquiries for parts, service & warranty.
  • Assisting with incoming parts processing and warehouse stock audits.
  • Maintenance of sales & work orders.
  • Able to work under pressure and adhere to time frames.
  • Diagnosing customer issues over the phone.
  • Consult with Service Manager regarding service jobs.
  • Arrange onsite jobs for technicians

Our ideal applicant will need to meet these requirements:

  • Spare parts background within the automotive industry 
  • A keen interest in the off road market and 4×4 accessory knowledge
  • Good understanding of warranty and maintenance issues, including the works that may need to be carried out
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Be able to work full time
  • Have a current  NSW drivers Licence
  • Ability to be self motivated & work as part of a team
  • Want to further their career to a possible Managerial position
  • Be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
